Recording and Usage of Media
Dear Participant,
We are delighted to inform you that Austar Club will be conducting comprehensive video recording and photography during our upcoming event. The purpose of this recording is to capture the excitement and engagement of our community, showcasing the vibrant experiences our events offer.
Purpose of Media Use:
The captured media (videos and photographs) will be utilized for promotional activities related to Austar Club. These materials may be featured across various social media platforms and other promotional channels to highlight the event’s success and to market future activities.
Consent for Media Use:
By confirming your participation in this event, you acknowledge and grant Austar Club the right to use your image as captured during the event. This includes but is not limited to the use of any photographs, video footage, and audio recordings where you may be featured.
Scope of Media Use:
The use of these materials will be solely for the purposes of promoting Austar Club and its activities. This may include posting on social media accounts, use in digital and print advertising, and inclusion in promotional videos.
Privacy and Respect:
Austar Club is committed to respecting your privacy. We assure you that the media will be used responsibly and in a manner that maintains the dignity and respect of all participants.
Confirmation:
By confirming this document, you agree to the terms outlined above and give Austar Club the right to use your likeness in the event-related media. This consent is granted without any expectation of compensation.

Contractual Relationship: You affirmatively acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehend, and consent to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This constitutes a binding contract regarding the sale and provision of services amongst you (the participant), Area 51, and Austar Club.
Agency: In instances where you are transacting on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you are acting as an authorised agent for said party, thereby binding them to the terms of this Agreement.
Terms of Sale:
Tickets are non-refundable and subject to the conditions herein.
Restrictions based on age, height, and weight are applicable.
Usage of Area 51 Grip Socks, available for purchase at the reception, is mandatory.
Food and Allergy Policy: For the safety and well-being of all patrons, the introduction of external food items into the premises is strictly prohibited. This measure is to mitigate allergy risks. Non-compliance will result in the requirement to remove the food items from the premises. Refreshments are available for purchase at our designated cafe, dumplings, or mollis. Personal water bottles are permitted.
Acknowledgment of Terms: Your affirmative action in selecting the aforementioned checkbox is a declaration of your full understanding, acceptance, and compliance with these terms, thereby forming a contractual obligation.
